BRIMS™ (BRidge Inventory Management System), digitally displays all information collected during the bridge inspection process.  The traditional bridge book is now available at your fingertips.

BRIMS™ electronically files each Bridge Inspection Report included in the system and making them available to the user at the click of a button.  Inspection data sets, both past and current, can be viewed and queried in an instant. Agency notes are stored inspection independent, so that the notes appear no matter which data set or inspection year is being viewed. 

BRIMS™ supplies reports such as a GASB 34 Summary. Structural Inventory and Appraisal (SI&A) sheets, Photo sheets, Summaries and Agency Notes may be printed for a specific bridge, multiple bridges or all bridges to complete an entire printed report.  BRIMS™ is equipped with unique tools such as the Sufficiency Calculator and data integrity analysis.  This tool analyzes each data field for every bridge to ensure that no field contains contradictory information.
