Records Management
Information is extremely important to public safety and law enforcement officials’ ability to enhancing the quality of life for their citizens.  Without proper documentation of incidents, whether accidents or crimes, their capabilities are hindered.  With this in mind, WTH has digital records management and database solutions that improve the efficiency of documentation, file storage and retrieval and reporting requirements based on both state-specific and national standards.

Dispatch
One of the most important aspects of any law enforcement or public safety department is the men and women who serve as a citizen’s life line to emergency assistance.    Whether dispatching police officers to the scene of a crime or paramedics to a motor vehicle accident, the information must be relayed accurately and quickly.  WTH is committed to providing solutions that improve the quality of communication between dispatchers and their field personnel. 

GIS Applications: Crime Mapping
Crime mapping or “pin mapping” provides a graphical display of crimes and/or incidents within a jurisdiction using GIS (Geographic Information System) mapping in conjunction with data obtained in the field via incident reports and other public safety records stored digitally.  This application can provide public safety officials with the ability to perform a simple analysis of crime trends and compare enforcement vs. incident.
